Rain-Out Makeup Request

Things to remember:

  • Only one manager needs to fill out this request.  Please fill out the request in it's entirety.
  • This form is a REQUEST and is dependent on prior requests and field availability.
  • You will receive confirmation from your Director.
  • DO NOT CALL THE FIELDS OR UMPIRES ON YOUR OWN.
  • Only fields that are insured (in the provided list) are to be used for make up games.
  • We will do our best to get you an answer in 48 hours.
  • Fill out a separate form for each request.
  • Priority will be given to requests in the order received (requests are date/time stamped).
  • Remember, a blank spot on the schedule does not necessarily mean that the date/time is available. It just means that the league does not have a game at the time the spreadsheet was posted.
  • If you have a special request, you are still using the correct request method!
  • NOTE:  If you choose a day of the week that the league does not play (M, W, F, Sun), then you need to also request an alternate date/time/location.  Off days are for special circumstances only and we will not press our fields to open on a day we don't normally play.  Night games cost the league an extra $25 per game.
